Astrocalc 6.2.0.47 Released
Posted on April 8, 2012
Due to Easter I'm a bit late with this announcement and I also wanted to delay the release until after Mercury changed from being retrograde to moving direct again. While it was retrograde I did some internal "housekeeping" by cleaning up and optimizing some code, polished the "surface" (aka Graphical User Interface or GUI) a bit as well as reviewing the changes I have done in the two latest releases.
What warranted this release was that I found a small, but potentially annoying, issue with the "Show help when mouse hover" help function, introduced in 6.2.0.45. It was On by default but when trying to switch it Off, it only worked for the rest of the session and was back the next time the program started. While it is a useful function to explore the program GUI, once you are comfortable with how it works however, you will probably like to switch it off. It's now set to be Off by default as it makes more sense to switch it on when you need it and I will demonstrate this in the first of a series of Video tutorials I am producing.
As always, if you already have purchased Astrocalc 6.2 this latest update can be downloaded for free from your customer dashboard, after login. If you prefer to have it delivered on a CD, there is now a Buy button on your Dashboard to order it for the low cost of £5 only.

Thanks for sharing. Cant wait to try this.
