- Delivery can be done either on CD by regular or registered mail, or by Download. You choose which of the alternatives you want as a part of the Checkout procedure. Downloads are made available in a private part of the Customer area backend to which you need to Log in.
Processing of order and delivery are manual and done as soon as possible, usually the same or next working day. Normally, downloads are made available within an hour or two during the day (Europe time).
Depending on work load, or other circumstances, slight delays are possible . We don't obligate to make contact for such small delays, but may do so anyhow if it appears reasonable. Normally, our online shop's notification feature will email you as the status of your order changes. -
- When your order is Queued it mean we are awaiting confirmation of the payment.
- When your order is Processed it mean we have received payment and will move on to dispatch the order.
- When your order is Completed it mean we have delivered the order, either by mail or made it available for download.
Due to the human factor, it may as well happen you will receive your product before the status change to Completed but it will never change before the product has been delivered. - Privacy & Security

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to Contact Us about it. - Returns & Replacements
- We do not refund software purchases due to the impossible nature of digital media to verify that the product really has been discarded. However, an exception can apply if we for any reason cannot live up to our obligations or a special agreement has been done with the customer. Also, in cases when a faulty delivery can be verified, we reserve the right to first of all repeat the delivery and then if still failure a refund can come in question.
We do not refund in cases where it turn out the software, for reasons we cannot control, are not compatible with the customers computer. All software delivered by us are controlled to work in the environment they are said to work in, as stated on our site. Computers today often come preinstalled with security software, or offered online by download, often of low quality, that may interfere with our software functionality. We cannot take responsibility for such situation, but will do our best to help resolve the matter. However, in case it can be established something has gone wrong with our software, we obligate to fix the situation - normally by a new delivery if possible.
IMPORTANT: No refund and return of product are ever accepted without a prior agreement with Astrocalc.
- Ordering
- Orders of Astrocalc software should be placed online in our webshop and can be paid for securely online (see Payment Methods below) or by Wire transfer. New customers can place an order without first logging in, while returning customers should first log in to not miss special offerings (see below)
- Customers accounts

As a part of the Checkout procedure an account is created with access to our Customers area backend, using your email address and a password for Login. When logged in, specially discounted prices or other resources may be offered to you. So please make sure to login before you place your order as a returning customer or you will be charged full price.
We have already created accounts for customers which have been in contact and for which we have a known and valid email address stored in our database. If you haven't heard from us and earlier have purchased an Astrocalc program, please use the Contact Us form to submit your details to have an account created.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We use PayPal as our on-line payment provider, and the easiest and most secure way to pay is by using your PayPal account. However, PayPal also accept payments by Credit/Debit Card, so there is no demand to have a PayPal account for immediate online payment. We do recommend though creating a PayPal account if you don't have one as it's a very secure payment method where you don't need to give out your credit card details when shopping online.
When paying online you are transferred to PayPal's secure server where you submit your payment details and the order is not placed until you do so. After payment you are transferred back to our site. IMPORTANT: If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged by PayPal, not Astrocalc. Please note this for your records.
You can also pay by Wire Transfer to our Bank, in which case bank details will be emailed to you after submitting your order. However, please notice this method of payment carry an extra administrative fee and has a longer turnaround before you have your product in hand. All orders by Wire Transfer are Queued until we have confirmation from the bank about the payment.
Payment can be made in Euros, UK Sterling Pounds, US Dollars and Swedish Crowns.
Special: In our Web Shop you can also buy a Gift Voucher, which can then be used as payment on Checkout. This can be a hand way when you want to give away our software as a gift but is unsure what the receiver wants/needs, e.g. s/he maybe already has one of our software products but can enjoy an upgrade or improvement/add-on.
- Anti-Fraud Protection
- We cannot take responsibility for Fraudulent purchases done by your stolen Card and will normally not refund such a purchase. However, in cases where the fraudulent actor is caught we are willing to settle an agreement, usually in return of our software product. The best way to avoid such situation is to create and use a PayPal account, so you don't have to give out your card details. PayPal is free and can be used in most online shops.
- Cookies & Javascript
- We use cookies (saved on your computer) javascript on our site, in combination with sessions (saved on sever during your visit), to keep track of your purchase information and make your visit easier. This is a secure method and the information cannot be accessed by anyone else and no vital information is ever revealed to the naked eye. But for our site should work for you, your browser must accept our cookie and have javascript turned on and allowed on our site. This is a bare convenience to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
