Starword 6.2 for Windows

Interprets a natal horoscope and can output the result to the screen, as a saved file or a paper printout (A sample will soon be available).

Starword is a unique, standalone computer program which accepts normal birthdata and prints out on paper a complete interpretation of the birthchart, running to about 7 pages of concise but grammatically correct delineation, set out under logical headings such as Mentality, Career, Personal Relationships, and so on.

It is unique because, unlike most other computer programs which print out prepared paragraphs or phrases for each chart factor, regardless of the strength of that factor, Starword first analyses and measures the factor.

Thus whereas most programs will always give you a meaning for a very wide Sun square Saturn, Starword will first assess the strength of that aspect and may discard it altogether if it is too weak to be of any significance. This evaluation is done for every planet and every aspect, and so on.

When all relevant chart sources have been evaluated, Starword performs its own synthesis and makes final judgements on over 600 traits, selecting verbal output from 11 different levels for each trait or trait-pair of opposites, and linking groups of these phrases into sentences: all of which makes it the nearest thing yet to astrological artificial intelligence.

This version allows you to print out a chart wheel in a similar style to that used by the Astrocalc 6.2 program. Output can also be viewed on-screen or saved as an ASCII file for further editing.

The program comes with a Full World Atlas and Time Zones intergrated and if you have Astrocalc 6.2 it can use chart files from it and the other way around.
