just answering from the top of my head here as I don't have the program in front of me. I think you simply put in a negative value for the Year. That should do it, and you probably have to change the Calendar to Julian but that may depend on the country.

If you take the place from the Atlas, either by using the search function or pick it from the manager, it should properly calculate and fill in the local time adjustment for the time zone.
